Privacy Policy

VoxFlow is designed with privacy at its core. All voice transcription happens locally on your device. We never send your audio recordings to any server.
1. Information We Collect
Audio Recordings & Transcriptions
- Your voice recordings and transcriptions are stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if you enable iCloud sync).
- We do not have access to your recordings or transcriptions.
- All transcription is performed locally using on-device AI (WhisperKit). No audio data ever leaves your device for processing.
iCloud Sync Data
- If you enable iCloud sync, your recordings and transcriptions are synced through Apple's CloudKit service to your personal iCloud account.
- This data is encrypted by Apple and accessible only to you. We cannot read or access this data.
Device Information
- We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or usage analytics.
- We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking services.
2. How We Use Your Information
Since we do not collect your data, we do not use it. The app functions entirely on-device. Specifically:
- Voice recordings are processed locally for transcription.
- Transcriptions are stored locally and optionally synced via your iCloud account.
- Smart naming and categorization are performed on-device.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties. Period.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Local Storage: Recordings are stored in the app's sandboxed container on your device, protected by iOS/macOS security.
- iCloud: If enabled, data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple's CloudKit infrastructure.
- No Server: We do not operate any servers that store your data.
5. Your Rights & Data Control
- Delete: You can delete any recording at any time within the app. Deleted recordings are removed from all synced devices.
- Export: You can export your recordings and transcriptions at any time.
- Disable Sync: You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings.
6. Children's Privacy
VoxFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Third-Party Services
VoxFlow uses the following Apple services:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of VoxFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
